Do the servers require a restart for this to work ? The server document security settings are configured properly (according to the existing documentation), but the server is not allowing the connections through. Is there anyway to enable the setting without a restart?

Actually performing a TRACE to the Destination Server from the Client is successful, but attempting to access the server from an application or button action fails.
