Keyboard shortcuts:

Shift - "+" --> Expand All

Shift - "-" --> Collapse All

"*" (asterisk on numpad) --> Expand All within currently selected category (very very useful)

Shift - 8 --> Currently Expands All (and thus duplicates Shift - "+")... but should only Expand All within the currently selected category (shouldn't it?). Would like to have this function similar to the asterisk key... useful for users with laptops without full keyboards that don't have a dedicated "*" key.
