Domino Server 6.0.2 CF2 Windows 2000

We recently upgraded half of our cluster environment this past weekend to version 6.0.2cf2. I followed all instructions from a combination of the upgrade guide and upgrade redbook. However, I noticed our replication logs have errors replicating some mail files.

Examples of the errors are:
Unable to replicate from mail\jdoe.nsf to CLUSTER Mail1/HDQ/ABC mail\jdoe.nsf: Invalid or nonexistent document

Unable to replicate from mail\msmith.nsf to CLUSTER Mail1/HDQ/ABC mail\msmith.nsf: 02:9F

Mail1 is the upgraded server. These errors were found in the Mail2 log which is still version 5.0.12. I have noticed that mail seems to be replicating to Mail1, however mail meant for the Inbox is only showing up in the All Documents view. We plan to upgrade the second half of the cluster this upcoming weekend but need to get this issue resolved first. I have a call into Lotus support but they haven't been very helpful at this point.

I've read other posts similar to this but didn't find any solutions. Has anyone run into this issue and resolved it? Any assistance and/or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
