I think I know what the problem is, but don't know the solution

None of the rooms have entries in the mail-in database view in the Names.nsf, and I have no idea when they got removed. I looked on the old server (same replica ID as the new server) and they are not there either.

So I created a new room and it got put into the names.nsf mail-in view OK, then I tried to create a reservation for the room but got the same error (while validating the available time" when I tried to save and close the reservation. So I guess there is something deeper than that.
