I think your problem extends from the fact that the Organization in the certifier for both Domains is the same. You'll probably need to change the Organization to be different for each domain.

The Public Address Book contains certificates for each certifier / Organization so when authenticating with the Domino server Notes is seeing that the organization names match but the key in the certifier is not correct.
