1. Is the Mobile Data Service running?
2. Are you using an MDS Service notes userid with an Internet password?
3. Is that userid available locally and is it only used by MDS?
4. Is it a member of the BlackberryAdmins group?
5. Does it reside in the same domain as the BES server?
6. did you update the server document run unresticted settings to include the blackberry admins group?
7. are users accessing content hosted on servers outside the firewall? If yes you must setup a PAC file.
8. are you running win 2k service pack 3 or later?
