1. yes.
2. yes, user has full admin rights, same password for internet and notes. mds uninstalled and reinstalled too to confirm
3. id local. no local notes client install though (as per instructions) and only for MDS
4.yes, and main admin group too for mail file access
6.no, added the blackberry server to run agents in server doc only
7. trying too, getting mds not available on blackberry. mds set to use proxy with no password requirements. server works fine with it
8. service pack 4 combined to w2k cd from MS is installed.
so, blackberry admin group needs to run agents on server doc too then ?
