we have just had a blackberry BES server installed in our domain and it's working fine for everything except the Mobile Data Service (MDS).

the install asks for a user account and password to set this up which has rights to the appropriate mail dbs, and the server's proxy is set to allow web browsing via proxy (with the need for a password).

the error logs says

Please make sure the system is setup for Native Notes API access
NotesException: Server access denied

anyone have an idea on this ?
