At present, I admin a 5 Domain for a Pharmaceutical Company. As can be expected, we have to run it in a regulatory compliant manner.

Does anyone have a checklist of what should be tested during an upgrade and any pitfalls they observed. I know I could draw one up myself, but don't really want to reinvent the wheel if I have to.
