OK - I understand.
In future tasks like this one, I will change the code to your suggestion. With this particular example, it is not a problem if documents get mistakingly deleted- its kind of like a backup list, and the accuracy of which is not that good (the source terminations list is often wrong).
I wanted to find out, the best method to do things like this in future tasks. (one day, this list database may become more prominent, and accuracy may become an issue) - I will then, change it to your suggestion. As for now, it works, and that is better than what it was, before I posted.
