For what it's worth, we had a number of servers that had various Hot Fixes applied and were told that we should do a FULL install of 6.02CF1 to avoid issues exactly like the ones you're describing. If you have an IBM PassPort account, you can download the Full install, or do it from the CD's you should have already received from IBM.
