iNotes has been successfully deployed in our organisation. Most users do not have any problem accessing iNotes except for those who are configured with Windows XP (sp1)and Internet Explorer 6.0.2800.1106.xpsp1.020828-1920 (128 bit cipher strength with the latest patch Q324929 installed). They are not able to get past the login page of iNotes. They type in their details and same login page loads again with no error messages. They login again and the same happens, irrelevant of how many times they re-login.
If the same user goes to another machine and logs-in they are able to successfully log-in the first time. So the mail boxes and access have been set up correctly and work fine.
The iNotes templates have all been updated to R6 as well as Dominos. All available patches for XP and IE6 have been applied. I have trid disabling the Java VM as some have posted but with no success.
I have searched the forum and Lotus support databases with no luck. Can somebody please help I am at the end of my patients?
