maybe this is only a detail but I think that Notes Domino is far too complex for ONE FAQ-List, because a FAQ-List has to be "short" and easy to survey.
It would be easier to create, as well as for users to read, if the FAQ will be splitted into separate categories (! like the forum FAQ already is, but it could be expanded :-))
Categories I can think of could be:
- Agent FAQ (which exists and is perfect. Again THANKS to Julie. Cant say that often enough:-)) )
- @Formulas FAQ
- Installation and Upgrade FAQ
- C and C++ API - FAQ
- Webdevelopment FAQ (I think this exists as well)
- Security FAQ
- Java FAQ
- Linux FAQ
...
It might work to find a few people who have special expertise in one of these areas and let them write and MAINTAIN the FAQ. Moreover if somebody wants to do this he does not need any permission from Lotus. I am sure that if you send a good FAQ-List to the "general feedback form" it will be added to the existing FAQs.
