LSX LC is not the same thing as LS:DO. With LS:DO you can access ODBC. You may need DB2 DataJoiner to do so, though:

products in the DB2 family. An additional product, called DB2 DataJoiner,
provides support for non-IBM relational sources, such as Oracle, Sybase, SQL
