It's just an idea. Is it possible to use client based sync software to sync with iNotes databases, i.e. there is no real lotus notes client installed, just the Lotus iNotes Sync Manager and the subscription of the mailfile...
Has anybody of ever tried that out?
Let me explain the background of my question. We have a Lotus Doino 6 server with iNotes and Cadenza mNotes for server based synch of any palm or windws ce device. For all those guys, who have an unsupported pda/smartphone, it would be nice, if they could install iNotes on their client machine and a client sync software, that supports their pda/smartphone to synch with ln. Of course, it should not be necessary to install a local LN client, becaus the mail.nsf is already on the client (because of the iNotes subscription). Got my idea?
