OK, this is probably going to get me all sorts of different opinions, but that's what I want.
It does appear that (arguably) the long-term future of Notes/Domino is inextricably bound up with WebSphere. Which means that it's probably a good idea to at least learn something (preferably more than just something) about it.
So...
Where do I start?
WebSphere appears (to me) to be a huge conglomeration of different tools and applications, and nowhere have I been able to find a nice, neat explanation of what they all are, what each is supposed to do and which one fits where. Maybe such a thing doesn't exist - maybe I'm just not looking in the right place.
I have the Professional level subscription to the Developer Toolbox (or whatever its name is this week), so I have access to most of the WebSphere applications, but I have no idea which one I should be installing, or what to do with it afterwards. And I have even less idea as to what I should know before starting with it.
