Why doesn't iNotes "From" and "Reply to" field resolves correctly when using iNotes Webaccess to send emails from Internet browser. Dammed!!! why can't they be more simpler to setup. I have followed the agent FAQ and do everything and it still doesn't bloody work.
My Domino Server setup is: my Company Domino Mail server replicates with a Domino Mail Gateway ISP. So internet mails will first get to the ISP, then we replicate our mails from them. Everything works fine accept for iNotes "From" and "Reply to" field. Lotus Notes will resolves the "From" and "Reply to" field fine. When sending mail from lotus notes, the "From" and "Reply-to" field correctly resolves to myemail@mycompany.com. But when using iNotes to send mails, the iNotes "From" and "Reply to" field resolved to myemail/mycompany%mycompany%isp@myisp.com
where isp@myisp.com is the internet domain of my ISP.
My setup is:
Internet address field of Location document: user@mycompany.com
Person internet address field: user@mycompany.com
Internet address lookup feature of Global domain document is enable.
SMTP SERVER configuration document INternet address lookup feature is enable.
