The biggest issue with "web-enabling everything" is that most devices which would support web access will need GPRS access (in the US, anyway), and that's a sticking point outside of metro areas.
Pylon Pro is a solution, but even the iAnywhere people (it's their product) would probably point you toward a higher-end product; Pylon Pro only supports one form and one view per database. iAnywhere's M Server is probably a better solution, but more costly.
DOLS does not work for a PDA.
Domino Everyplace Enterprise (the sync product) is being migrated into WebSphere Everyplace Access, so it's not really a contender, either.
One of the other responders suggested checking out mForms from Commontime and I concur with that recommendation.
