Thanks Elton. I wish life is that simple :-) . The requester sends me a draft mail that includes action button, database link, fancy font , collapsible sections, and , she want to automatically send that when she receives mail with specific string occurrence in the subject. The simple "Reply to" action only allows text . Nothing else.

If I can't use UnprocessedDocuments, what should I use ? I am thinking about when more than one mail arrive at one time, don't I need something to loop thru that ? I really appreciate help from expert like you. Thanks again . I survive in this job thank to kind and thoughtful gurus like you, in this forum .
