Domino Server 6.0 Windows 2000


We use the Domino 6 server as relay server for inbound internet mails.
From time to time, the server doesn't route smtp mails to our notes server. The mails hang in the mail.box.
There are only several mails (maybe 10 per day). e.g. one mail hangs to 'company.com' and other mails to 'company.com' are delivered.
After 'route' command on the Notes console, the mails are sent to the user.

Anyone an idea or the same problem???
