So pleased it's working for you now! When I posted my original response, I couldn't remember where I'd gotten the information in the first place. It came to me this morning, and in defense of IBM's documentation, at least the template developer knew the right answer, even in 6.0, though the right hand may not have known what the left was up to. The text "If Running this Version of Notes" is an action hotspot (the only one I've encountered so far in the NAB template) that displays the following helpful and seemingly accurate information when clicked:
If the entry in "If Running This Version of Notes" is an *, then upgrade any versions to the corresponding entry in "Upgrade To This Mail Template."
The entry in "If Running This Version of Notes" is a build string. For Notes/Domino 6 the build string would be Release 6.0 (you can get this by selecting Help, About Notes). Note: You do not want to include the date in this string, for example selecting Help about Notes in Notes/Domino 6 you will see "Release 6.0 September 26, 2002." You want to include all the text to the left of the date which is "Release 6.0". Then upgrade this version to the corresponding entry in the "Upgrade To This Mail Template."
Entries in the "Upgrade To This Mail Template" field should be in the format of mail template file name (i.e. mail6.ntf)
Example:
if running this version of Notes: Upgrade to this template:
Release 6.0 Mail6.ntf
Release 6.0 iNotes60.ntf
