I called them and this is the work around.

This problem is caused by a bug in the web page from CBS Market Watch. The format UTF16 on that page indicated is not true. The work around for this problem is to open the message > click on "View" > Encoding >Western (8859-1 or Windows-1252).

Most of the message will show up but some places look strange.

The only permanent fix is the company doing some thing on their site.
