Sean,
You argument is flawed because the ONLY reason Linux has not taken off is because of lack of support for business apps such as Lotus Notes. So if people like yourself keep saying its not enough market to worry about then 2 things will happen. Linux will die or another company with a similiar business app will develop for Linux and will dominate that OS space. I am a sys admin at a large accounting firm and we a evaluating Linux at a Desktop OS level. We are getting fed up with MS costs.
So yes there are a lot of business reasons to port to Linux. I am not alone in my thoughts!!!
