After days of trying we finally got it to work with the following:

Release 6.0.3 Mail6.ntf for the parameters
If Running This Version Of Notes: Use This Mail Template:
However, you cannot keep testing on the same user. If it does not work the parameters are not correct and it does not work the first time when the client is upgraded, it will not work after that. That is everything must be correct when the client is upgraded and it does it then, if the parameters are not correct the first time Notes is opened after the client upgrade, the mail file must be upgraded manually.
