Domino Web Access 6.5 Windows 2000

Microsoft Internet Explorer: Domino Web Access Warning! Sorry we were unable to process your request at this time. If your are unable to continue working with your mail file, please dismiss this warning and then select View, Refresh from your browser's menu...OK
Click OK numerous (30-50) times then finally get a blank screen. IE status = Done

System = Windows 2000 + SP4; IE 6 + SP1; Lotus Notes upgraded to 6.5, Template 6

Refresh does not correct the problem. We've gone through the uninstall steps repeatedly, it's not correcting the problem. While some users are able to access iNotes upgrade, the majority cannot.

Reviewing the archived forum - beta - I see that this issue was reported however, the response files are not accessible. Does anyone have any suggestions on correcting this problem?
