Very strange, does it still do it if you shutdown Notes and reboot? Was this a problem from the beginning or did it just suddenly start? I ran into a similar problem a few months ago, turned out it had to do with a particular set of toolbars I had enabled. This was fixed but maybe it is related. Did you recently make changes to toolbars?
