Notes/Domino 6 and 7 Forum : Virus advice required please

Hello all

Could someone please give me some advice on how to deal with a recurring virus alert. The report below is taken from the mail routing events report on 3 separate days and seem to show a connection from an AOL server. Immediately after this a mail routing error sends a non delivery report to an admin address which contains 2 virii (is that the right plural?):
