Apart from using Notes tricks to determine which client people are using, there appear to be a number of files in the ND6 client install, that don't appear in a R5.0.12 client install - on my system(s), at least.
Hexsr.dll; Htmss.dll; Jconsole.exe; jtdsr.dll; Kpanirdr.dll; Kpcdrrdr.dll - to name but a few!
A quick compare, using a binocular tool (my eyes) and two views of Win Explorer, revealed the above. :o)
Why not print off a directory listing from two appropriate client installations that are typical in your organisation and spend a few minutes comparing?
