RE: Pop Email ~Hank Nimjipygennivu 12.Nov.02 07:13 PM a Web browser Notes Client 6.0Windows XP
There are multiple ways to do this:
1. Just add a new account document detailing the POP parameters. This will just put all your mail in your current db.
2. Create another location document and another mail database. Link the two together and have the new account document only work for that location document. That way, your mail will be separate if you are getting mail from different domains.
For option #1, do the following:
In the N6 client, choose file, mobile, locations. Then on the left choose accounts. Add an account and this is where you would enter all your server info for getting email from a POP account.
Also one final note, you will need to enable replication on a schedule. Even though you aren't replicating, the replication schedule is what fires off the checking of your external email account.
