Well said. I agree. I've been in the Lotus business for quite a while and understand exactly your points. I also see the SMB space is a real problem for IBM. Many of my SMB customers have suggested Tomcat will work just as well. They can't afford WebSphere. And worse yet, as you alluded to, can't understand the product line.
