Hmmm, that is strange because the way I tested it was to look in the log for domains which had been reported blocked by DNSRBL and then I set up a rule to filter some of them out and it worked. So unless the 4 domains I chose where suddenly removed from the blacklist I can't explain it.
I'll check this again on my test server and post the result here.
It'll be a bummer if you are right because it was an easy solution.
