I have DUCS 1.2 install in my Domino server to integrate with captaris callxpress 6.5. After i finish install the DUCS client in another pc and replace with DUCs iNotes R6 template, then i try leave a voice mail and the server try to send the email to the client, at this time domino server services start hang and all the notes client cannot access to server. Then i need to restart the domino server and when the services start , i need to execute "Tell Router Quit" and replace the previous template for that particular DUCS client in order make the system back to normal.
I have try create another new mail file for the DUCS client and when i leave a voice message then only Domino server able to send to a client.
Is not possible for me help all the DUCS client create a new mail file, so please help me verify the problem and give me some advise. Thanks!
