We are using webmailredirect to access our email from home, on the road etc... It works fine for our server in Atlanta(where the majority of folks are) however the folks in NYC cannot access their email via the web. When they type in the url. mail.mycompany.com they see the Username and Password prompt as we do in Atlanta, however once they have entered their info, they are redirected to another ordinary windows username and password screen. After 3 attempts they receive "ERROR 401" You are not authorized to perform this operation. At this point I see the url pointing to mail.mycompany.com/NYCserver/mail/user.nsf/
Can someone please help me?
