You're going to want to install a Domino server, and then at least one client to access that server. You can't use Notes to access native Exchange the way you would use Outlook to do so. Notes is to Domino as Outlook is to Exchange, as far as native RPC.

You could set your Notes client up to use POP3 to access Exchange, but you've done nothing at that point except set yourself up just another POP3 client that does nothing else for you.
