SPR# CSAH65QGZD - Changed the security model for move mail requests which must change a person document. In 5.0x, the Administration process would allow administrators with Author access and user modifier roles to successfully move a user's mail file. In 6.0, modifications to the Administration process inadvertently removed this ability. This fix restores this capability.
