SPR# RPAI89AHD5 - Prior to this fix, an ID Vault user with higher than 64 bit RC2 id file encryption was downgraded to 64 bit RC2 id file encryption after syncing with the vault. The ID file encryption strength will be re-set to RC2 64 bit after syncing with the ID Vault.
