SPR# JALLDAGJPC - Programmability - XPages - Fixed an issue with the Extension Library when using Bootstrap 4 where the Responsive App Layout was not working - when opened in mobile, the menu content isn't pushed down or covered so the content and menu are superimposed on top of each other.

 A fix for this SPR has been developed but is currently undergoing testing. IBM reserves the right to remove this fix from the targeted release if it does not pass quality assurance tests.
