SPR# NRBY6EHLEV - Fixed a crash during startup which occurred if the Notes.ini parameter "ManageModified = 1" was used. On startup, the value is changed back to 0 and the managed user is removed from the notes.ini file. The manage count is decremented and the managed users folder does not replicate.
