SPR# MCKD89CFJR - Fixed a XPD runtime issue "Error working with web service:
org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: Premature end of file." caused by the com.ibm.rcp.net.http bundle which overrides the platform's java.net.URLConnection implementation.
