SPR# HOKA8RRBTD - Fixes a problem that would occur when a user does not have the authority to access certain documents during a navigation using the ViewNavigator class. Backend code is expecting the document, but cannot get it from the database, and continues to look forever, causing a hang. The fix checks for this situation and terminates the loop.
