SPR# SRPADNX46C - Templates - pernames.ntf - Japanese version - Fixed an issue with the Japanese version of pernames.ntf where the "Address Picker" shows English alphabets ("A", "B") instead of Japanese Hiragana (e.g., "あ") in Basic mode. This regression was introduced in 11.0
