SPR# GSER4JQL73 - Fixed a problem that generated the error "Field Contains Incorrect Value - Enter a number in decimal format between 0 and 1" when attempting to create a statistic monitor (for example - Disk.C.Free) and checking to monitor as a number. This problem was a regression from R5.0.4.
