SPR# DWON7QHGGT - The language identifier case is not correct in dwa_pt-br.properties in Forms85.nsf, changing it as below would be a workaround.
In dwa_pt-br.properties
D_LANGUAGE=pt-BR (BR is case sensitive)
D_STLINKS_LANGUAGE=pt-BR (BR is case sensitive)
