SPR# ADSA6RMDH7 - Prior to this fix, duplicate person documents appeared in the Extended Directory Catalog even though it was configured to not allow duplicates. EDC duplicate for persons would appear if the Admin aggregated 2 or more directories, switched the order of the directories, reaggregated to create a deletion stub for the person in directory 1 that is skipped because directory 1 is now second in the aggregation order. THEN, they must modify the person record in directory 1 (that person is now skipped) which would cause the dircat update routines to turn it back into an active document.
