SPR# JKEY7H4FVW - ixes error in suggesting meeting timeslots which 75% of the participants can attend. An INI variable ENABLE_PARTICIPANTPERCENT_STRICT=1 can be used for any other case where meeting slots are suggested which don't meet the criteria (EG: Check 50% participants can attend)
