SPR# HNAA64KED2 - Fixed a problem in the Active Content Filter (ACF), which mishandled DBCS (MBCS) characters containing 0x3C. ('<'). This regression was introduced in 6.5.2.

This issue is known to occur when certain DBCS characters are used.
This issue was reported to Quality Engineering as SPR# HNAA64KED2, and has been
addressed in Domino Web Access (DWA) 6.5.4.
