SPR# TPON8MCGTG - Sometimes compressed database objects are stored with an incorrect compression type. Therefore, if we were trying to decompress LZ1 or Huffman and we got a decompression error, we retry with the 'other' decompression method. If we get another error, we try to return the raw data, and if that fails, finally return the error.
