SPR# PPET5CZNSZ - Fixed a problem which caused 0 byte attachments to be dropped from a message during MIME-CD conversion. This regression was introduced in 5.0.8.

Problem:
This issue was reported to Lotus software Quality Engineering and has been
addressed in Domino 5.0.12 and 6.0.3/6.5.

SPR# PPET5CZNSZ - Fixed a problem which caused 0 byte attachments to be dropped
