SPR# PHAN7X8T85 - An issue in the document data source prevents a document from being retrieved after the first server round trip (e.g. a server action that refreshes the page). The document is properly retrieved the second time the action is triggered. Note that this only happens when the data source is defined within a custom control that is added as a facet of another control. This manifests, for example, by having to click twice a button or a link before the action shows a result (like changing the document mode, between read only to edit mode). This regression was introduced in 8.5.1.
