SPR# MSKA7WSSMB - For customers that are experiencing a contention issue on the NAB due to the policies code acccessing the directory, an INI variable can be set to turn this off: DISABLE_EXT_POLICIES=1 in the server's INI file. Note: this will prevent the use of extended policies such as Roaming, Traveler, Symphony, and Connections.
